My BMW was serviced in a timely manner and was provided a video tape of the repairs required. The Service representative kept in touch with updates.

I have two BMWs, a 2022 750 and a 2024 X 5, when the need to take either for service I can always expect prompt and attentive service.

As always, very friendly staff. They went far and beyond to help me find the car with the exact features I was looking for, which I very much appreciated. Great experience diagnosing car problem on 3 week road trip away from home. They got me in and out in a half day and maintained trip schedule.

Carlos was good and took care of me the only bad thing I would say is when I got my car back they didn’t wash it it was dirty and had only half tank of gas and when I left it it had full tank that probably has nothing to do with Carlos but I would of liked they would’ve washed it and returned it with the same amount of gas I left it

Salesman Josh is very pleasant to work with. However, BMW quality control is not what we expected in a luxury car. Some systems were defective from the day of purchase. Karina in service was snarky about BMW quality, and she had no loaner cars available because of the number of cars requiring service or repairs After this experience we would consider another luxury car brand over BMW. We are not happy with our car.

Marilyn was a very helpful and attentive service rep...unfortunately they sold the serpentine belt for my car the day before my appointment . I live 3.5 hours away and have to spend the night when I go...I spent the night before and then had to stay a second night in a hotel for my belt to come in the next day. The service rep and manager knew that I had traveled and was overnight as I had informed them that was the case.
Mr. Chavira in sales made this experience great,stress free, and made easy for me.

EL PASO BMW provided a loaner at no cost. I was very satisfied with service, One of the recalls regarding software, I am not entirely sure what it consisted of, because my entertainment/info display is not working 100% correctly as it should, a problem I've had since I first got this car in mid 2023

I want to leave a review for Carlos Prieto for his outstanding service. I have taken my car in three times to have a problem fixed, but the previous advisors, who were women, always came across as rude and seemed entitled. If you don’t like working in customer service, then don’t work there. Last year, I made an appointment for an oil change, arrived at 10 AM, and didn’t leave until around 5 PM. Ever since she helped me I always go to her and would rather will wait until she’s available than to go with someone else. I trust my car with her and she goes above and beyond every single time. Mark at BMW is one of the best “ If not the best” at what he does, extremely knowledgeable and patient. Extends wisdom on purchases without questions. Strongly recommend this place, and top of the line products and customer experience. X6M is a fire breathing Dragon !
